I make my Magnesium Spray using a simple blend of pure magnesium chloride and distilled water. It is completely free from harsh chemicals, and it is amazing for sleep and works great if you deal with restless legs, leg or muscle cramps, spasms, or sudden Charlie Horses. A lot of people find it helps calm their system if they struggle with anxiety or ADHD. For the best results, just spray it right on the bottom of your feet before bed so your body can naturally absorb it.
I offer my Magnesium Spray in 3 convenient sizes. My 2oz bottle is perfect for people who are traveling or flying, as well as athletes who are always on the go and can keep it in their backpack to use right on the spot. The 4oz bottle ($10 each or 3 for $27) is perfect for a single person or a couple and can last for roughly 6 months or longer. The large 8 oz bottle ($20 each or 3 for $55) is best for a family, or for livestock such as horses to better spray a larger area.
